Sustainable MDF Boards: Reimagining Rubber Trees with Natura Commodities
Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) is increasingly recognized internationally as a superior alternative to plywood. This engineered wood product is made by bonding hardwood fibers under high pressure and temperatures of up to 240 degrees Celsius, using synthetic resin and wax.
Natura Commodities will utilize old-growth rubber trees that no longer produce latex waste. (Branches and Left over after sawmilling) to manufacture technologically advanced and environmentally friendly MDF boards. These old rubber trees present a challenge for natural rubber farmers, as they need to be replanted once they stop producing latex. By using these trees as raw material, we will address this issue and produce high-quality MDF boards.
Natura MDF boards will lend themselves to impeccable craftsmanship, enabling the creation of cutting-edge designs. Their versatility, fine texture, exceptional bonding strength, inherent stability, easy machinability, and trendy range will open up exciting creative possibilities for those with a discerning eye, making them ideal for conceptualizing contemporary, modern commercial or residential spaces. Water resistant high density fiber boards will make it highly recommended for kitchens and bathrooms. Additionally, it will be ideal for wardrobes, bedroom cabinets, office furniture, and beyond.
